weight loss challenge II


when food is all i think about

wake i the morning my head is busy making list of meals i will have, what will i have for snack?, at lunch?, always think about portion i should have now and then, what will i have in the afternoon? evening? supper?

suddenly i think i eat too much just to make my stomach full, i try too much to avoid hunger,

and food suddenly the main issue. the more i highlight the issue the more it become harder. i have to get rid of this insanity of food obsession--- or food fobia-- which ever suit,..
