This is JEEPNEY, one of the oh-so-many-types of public transportation in Manila. Used to be army truck when the US were in Philippines, today the overly decorative ride is such a famous transport (by the number) among the locals to ride around, just like the minibus in Malaysia. The different is there's no ticket, or ticket collector, and its easy to spot this jeep, they are practically everywhere!! I think Jeepney is COOL!!
